EBSC Conference | March 5, 2027 | Charlotte, NC
Proposal deadline: November 30, 2026
The deadline for submissions has passed.
We look forward to seeing you next year!
This year at the UNC-Charlotte, we will host a graduate student poster presentation session at Research Day. Proposals will be reviewed by EBSCC Advisory Council members on the Research Day planning committee.
The national Evidence-Based School Counseling Conference (EBSCC) empowers the school counseling profession to advance evidence-based, student-centered, and equity-driven practices.
EBSCC seeks to bridge the research-to-practice gap to transform school counseling and educational systems through research-based, practical, and socially-just approaches.
Through a welcoming and action-oriented community, the conference inspires collaboration and innovation to promote student wellness, opportunities, and liberation in schools.
Presenters are responsible for printing and bringing their own posters. EBSCC will provide materials to hang the posters at the conferences (e.g., pins, binder clips, tape, etc.). We will send size requirements with decision notifications.
Please note: All accepted poster presenters must register for Research Day ($75 for graduate students).
Proposal submissions must be received by November 30, 2026. We do not accept proposals submitted past the deadline. We do hope people will consider submitting the following year.
Notifications will be released by early January.
